Whether you’re seeking convenience, wow-factor or homes suited to group and family bookings, our collections offer city break living in premium locations. Our mission is to take the hassle out of short and mid-term rentals, any operations that are related to turning over guests and optimize listings to incur a maximum yield for the host.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships and negotiate contracts with hosts
  • Develop referral networks with local real estate agents
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales through the phone and in person
  • Educate potential customers to the benefits of Horizon X
  • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
  • Identify service improvements or new service by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written)
  • Driver licence
  • Create proposals on excel
  • Strong analytical skills, identify gaps/opportunities
  • Ability to prioritize and structure problems
  • Willingness to go the extra mile

Operations Associate - Miami

We are looking for a new Operations Associate to join our team.


Your responsibilities:

  • Checking our apartments and making sure everything is perfect and working well before the arrival of our guests
  • Coordinating with our different providers (cleaners, maintenance) to ensure our apartments are in a perfect shape
  • Meeting, welcoming and assisting our guests in our apartments at the check in and during their stay
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems big and small, as they arise, in the most efficient way, taking into account cost and making sure guests are happy and receiving a great service
  • Being responsible for making sure our homes are taken great care of and everything runs smoothly as it should

Requirements:

- Driver license and your own car (is mandatory)

- Fluent in writing/speaking in English, Spanish is a plus

- Entrepreneurial, self-driven, self-motivated, proactive

- Fast learner and willingness to go the extra mile

- Handyman skills is a plus

- Experience in the tourism industry or the hotel industry

- Need to be a detail-oriented person, being able to control the cleaning quality (is mandatory)
